As the leaves begin to change and the crisp autumn air settles in, we at Peterson Insurance Group are reminded of the importance of community, especially during the upcoming holiday holiday season. This fall, we're proud to help Big Ivy to support local families in need. From now through the end of November, we're hosting a food donation drive, and we need your help to make a difference.
ANOTHER CHANCE TO WIN A GIFT FROM PETERSON INSURANCE
Donate to the Big Ivy Fall Food Drive at Peterson Insurance Group office between Sept. 1 - Nov. 31 to win a gift of two mugs by IyaBlu' Pottery Artist, Erin Peterson!
Contest Rules:
Eligibility: Anyone who drops off donations at Peterson Insurance for the ABCCM Loaves & Fishes food drive program is automatically entered into the raffle to win a pair of ramen bowls.
Donation Requirement: See list above.
Entry Frequency: Participants can enter the raffle each time they donate to the food bank through the Peterson Insurance Group office. There is no limit to the number of entries one person can have.
Donation Verification: Entries will be verified based on the donation records maintained by Peterson Insurance.
Prize: The prize for the raffle drawing is a pair of ramen bowls handcrafted by Erin.
Prize Distribution: The winner of the raffle will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The prize will be distributed to the winner by Peterson Insurance.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of donation. If the winner cannot be reached within a specified period or if they are found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Modification or Cancellation: Peterson reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle drawing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Compliance: Participation in the raffle drawing constitutes acceptance of these rules and all decisions made by Peterson Insurance Group.

To ensure that everyone in our community can enjoy a warm, comforting holiday season, we're focusing our collection on specific items that are often overlooked but deeply appreciated:
Holiday Baking Items:
Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and other baking essentials
Cake mixes, brownie mixes, and pie crusts
Chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruits, and other baking add-ins
Herbs and Spices:
Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves for holiday baking
Savory herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage, and oregano
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and other staples
Pantry Items:
Canned goods, soups, vegetables, cereal, grains, packets of rice
Boxed snacks
Baby Diapers and Infant Essentials:
Diapers in all sizes
Baby wipes and diaper rash cream
Baby formula, infant cereal, and jarred baby food
These items will help ensure that our neighbors can create delicious meals, enjoy seasonal treats, and care for their little ones with ease and dignity.
How You Can Help
You can participate in this drive by dropping off donations at our office, located at Peterson Insurance Group in Weaverville, during our regular business hours Monday - Friday, 9-5pm. We’ll have marked bins where you can leave your items.
